- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Red chili sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions
Step 1: Marinating the Chicken
- In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, cornflour, all-purpose flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and egg. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to penetrate.
